Tuesday, I met the Spanish people from Cartagena, Murcia. They, the Spanish Erasmus students and the Germans exchange of Cartagena went to Neuschwanstein Castle, we took a bus to go there. The trip lasted about 2 hours or so and when we got to the town we had to take a 45 minute walk to reach a bridge and be able to see the castle from afar, it was huge and beautiful, it looked like something out of a Disney story, it really is because the Walt Disney castle was inspired by Neuschwanstein, interesting fact Alba told me. Then we walked again for a while to reach the castle itself, we entered, and a guide explained a little about the hallway, the throne room, the bedroom, some other rooms. It was amazing because they had running water and a telephone. Then we also saw the room for the opera, but none could be performed because the king died first. Then without the guide we saw the kitchen, it was huge and with many pots and pans. I bought a musical box with a swan carved soap and when we left the castle, we went to a lake that had ducks and a beautiful swan. And we returned to Gilching but when we got to one in Cartagena, he threw a bucket of vomit and the bus driver got very angry and they had to clean it up. The rest of the day was fine and normal.
